In the papermaking process, pulp paper fibers and fillers such as hydrophobic, there is a tendency of flocculation into a group, are often difficult to obtain uniform performance. Need to add an additive to improve the viscosity of the pulp, in order to facilitate uniform dispersion of fibers and fillers.
Polymeric Dispersant for Paper Making
These are low molecular weight homopolymer of acrylic acid used as dispersing agent to form stable dispersion and control the viscosity of the system effectively.
Specification
Product | Solid content | Density | pH |
Sodium Polyacrylate | 43-45 % | 1.20-1.25 | 7 to 8 |
(These are typical parameters, can modify as per customer requirements)
These are low molecular weight acrylic acid & 2- acrylamido -2 –methylpropanesulphonic acid co-polymers. This is a low molecular weight copolymer having content of sulphonated group. This sulphonated group generates strong anionic effect and provides high degree of dispersing effect in presence iron and can stabilize iron and phosphates. So due to this system gets stabilize effectively.
Specification
Product | Solid content | Density | pH |
Carboxylate Sulphonated Copolymer | 38-42 % | 1.15-1.25 | 3.5 to 4.5 |
(These are typical parameters, can modify as per customer requirements)
