Dispersing agent: ALFLOW series

Alfow series polymers range are excellent organic dispersant and deflocculating agent for natural earth used to increase solid slip and viscosity in clay. They are used as grinding aid, dispersing and deflocculating agent for clays, ceramics, electro-ceramics, ferrites and refractories.

In general ceramic industry is deflocculating clay by small addition of water in such a way that the clay slip fluid enough to give to product the desired shape. To achieve a stable suspension of clay , which can easily be pumped , addition of deflocculating agent is required.

Ceramic Binder: ALBIND Series

Binders are the substance that improve the mechanical strength of green ceramic bodies so they can pass through production steps, before firing, without breakage.

ALBIND is combined with ceramics minerals and water to form slurry paste which has firm net like structure that provides both plasticity and body strength to unfired green body both in wet and dry state. Upon firing at high temperature in Kiln organic binder is burned away.
