Dispersing agent for Paint Pigments
Low molecular wt. of polyacrylic acid (Sodium salt) are used as dispersing agent in inorganic pigment system to stabilize the system effectively.

These are low molecular weight acrylic acid & 2- acrylamido -2 –methylpropanesulphonic acid co-polymers. This is a low molecular weight copolymer having content of sulphonated group. This sulphonated group generates strong anionic effect and provides high degree of dispersing effect in presence iron and can stabilize iron and phosphates. So due to this system gets stabilize effectively.
